Can we make last minute changes?

Of course! Once you become a client of ours you are assigned a Dedicated Account Manager who is available to you to help you with all your concerns. You will also be given a emergency number for after hours requests. Standard policy is 24-48 business hours for a calendar change, unless in extreme circumstances.

Do we have to hire you on a subscription service?

A lot of our clients see cost benefits by signing up for subscription services, but that doesn’t mean all of our clients need to. We are able to customize each quote to the client’s needs.

Who owns the content that is created for my business?

When we create content for a client, they own 100% of it. You are able to use the photos, illustrations, etc… in however you see fit.
